Silicon Valley’s Santa Clara Signs on to CIPLIST.com

Each week, more and more cities are signing up with CIPLIST.com in an effort to save staff time and money while going paperless. The latest addition is the city of Santa Clara in the Silicon Valley.

Your project may not have 199 addendums like Santa Clara's substation project, but CIPLIST.com organizes all documents and bidders into easy-to-use lists.

More California cities are signing up with CIPLIST.com each week in order to save precious city resources and taxpayer dollars. CIPLIST.com eases the bidding process while also providing digital versions of all project plans, all at no cost. Project bidders are organized into consolidated lists so that municipalities can monitor and track bidders throughout the process.

CIPLIST.com has added some customized features in response to input from cities, such as the pre-bid meeting feature, which allows cities the option to set a mandatory or non-mandatory pre-bid meeting in the project listing.

The city of Rancho Cucamonga has implemented the pre-bid meeting feature into some of their projects.
