CIPLIST.com, the free and easy-to-use online bidding system, is excited to announce a new feature that will allow municipalities to bid goods and services in addition to capital improvement projects. If your city is left with a surplus of certain materials, CIPLIST.com will allow you to auction those materials to the highest bidder with either a closed or open bidding system.
