GBC Motorsports Podiums at Quad-X Round 3

GBC Motorsports’ Dylan Dixon finished 2-3 for an overall Pro-Am third place in Round 3 of the Yamaha Quad-X Racing Series last weekend.

450 Intermediate racer Joey Berg finished 3-3 for an overall third for his first podium of the season at Competitive Edge MX Park.

Round 4 takes the series to the Ranch in Anza, CA on Sunday, May 6th.
Anaheim, Calif. - April 24, 2012 - GBC Motorsports was out in Hesperia, CA this past weekend for the third round of the 2012 Yamaha Quad-X Racing Series at Competitive Edge MX Park. The sun was out and the conditions were favorable, with temperatures in the mid-90s cooled by a slight breeze.
GBC’s Pro-Am racer Dylan Dixon started his day off with a bang, grabbing the holeshot in the first moto before finishing second. During the second moto fans witnessed a tight three-way battle for the lead, with Dixon eventually claiming the three spot for an overall third place finish. This was Dixon’s second podium of the series, putting him in second place in the season standings.
GBC rider Joey Berg finished third in each moto for an overall third place finish in the 450 Intermediate class in Round 3. Berg put in consistently strong performances in both motos, having to battle from mid-pack starts to the podium. Berg’s hard work in the third round has earned him the fifth place position in the series standings thus far.
